Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FrontRows. Please read them. By creating a FrontRows account or using our service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use FrontRows.

1. Who we are

FrontRows is operated by FRWS OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia. References to “FrontRows”, “we”, “us”, or “our” in these terms mean FRWS OÜ.

2. What FrontRows is

FrontRows is an access control layer for content creators. It connects your payment sources — Stripe and Patreon — to the platforms your members access, including Discord, Ghost, Kit, and Transistor. When a member pays for your membership tier, FrontRows automatically grants them access to your connected platforms. When they cancel or their payment fails, FrontRows revokes that access.

FrontRows does not host content. We do not publish, store, or distribute your creative work. We manage who gets access to the platforms where your content lives.

3. Accounts

To use FrontRows you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information when creating your account.
  • Keeping your login credentials secure and not sharing them with others.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a FrontRows account. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Creator responsibilities

As a creator using FrontRows you agree to:

  • Comply with the terms of service of all platforms you connect to FrontRows — including Stripe, Patreon, Discord, Ghost, Kit, and Transistor.
  • Ensure that the content you make available to paying members does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
  • Honour the membership benefits you advertise to your members. FrontRows manages access but you are responsible for delivering what you have promised.
  • Obtain any necessary consents from your members for how their data is handled, in addition to what FrontRows covers in our Privacy Policy.
  • Maintain a valid payment method for your FrontRows subscription.

You are solely responsible for your relationship with your members. FrontRows is a tool that connects your payment sources to your platforms — we are not a party to the agreement between you and your members.

5. Payments and billing

FrontRows charges creators a flat monthly subscription fee based on the number of active paying members managed through the service. Current pricing is available at frontrows.com/pricing.

  • Your subscription renews automatically each month on the date you first subscribed.
  • If your payment fails, we will notify you and give you a grace period to update your payment details before suspending your account.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for the remaining days of a paid period.
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

All payment processing for FrontRows subscriptions is handled by Stripe. Your card details are stored by Stripe, not by FrontRows. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe’s terms of service.

6. Member payments

FrontRows takes 0% of what your members pay you. Member payments flow directly between your members and your Stripe account. FrontRows never holds, processes, or takes a fee from member revenue. You are responsible for complying with Stripe’s terms of service regarding how you collect payments from your members.

7. Connected platforms

When you connect a third-party platform to FrontRows — such as Discord, Ghost, Kit, or Transistor — you authorise FrontRows to interact with that platform’s API on your behalf using the credentials you provide. You confirm that you have the right to grant this authorisation.

FrontRows is not responsible for the availability, reliability, or changes in policy of any third-party platform. If a connected platform changes its API, restricts access, or goes offline, FrontRows will make reasonable efforts to adapt but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service as a result of third-party changes.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use FrontRows to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Distribute illegal content or facilitate illegal activity.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other people.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to FrontRows systems or other users’ accounts.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative products based on FrontRows.
  • Use FrontRows in a way that interferes with or degrades the service for other users.

9. Intellectual property

FrontRows and all associated software, design, and content are owned by FRWS OÜ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights in FrontRows.

Your content — the work you create and make available to your members — remains entirely yours. FrontRows claims no ownership or licence over your creative work. We access your connected platforms only to the extent necessary to perform the access control functions you have configured.

10. Limitation of liability

FrontRows is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by Estonian and EU law, FRWS OÜ is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue or members resulting from service outages or integration failures.
  • Actions or failures of third-party platforms connected to FrontRows.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FrontRows.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of FrontRows is limited to the amount you paid to FrontRows in the three months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Service availability

We aim to keep FrontRows available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will give reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

12. Termination

You may close your FrontRows account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon closure we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay your subscription, or if we are required to do so by law. We will give reasonable notice before termination unless the breach requires immediate action.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of FrontRows after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the changes you may close your account before they take effect.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of FrontRows will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
