Frequently asked questions
How does billing work?
FrontRows automatically evaluates your tier based on your active paying member count. If you grow past your tier's limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade. Downgrades are scheduled at the end of the billing period.
What counts as a member?
Active paying members across all your products. Free-tier members and cancelled members don't count toward your limit.
What happens if I exceed the Studio limit?
Studio includes up to 1,000 paying members. Beyond that, overage is billed at $0.08 per additional member at the end of each billing period.
Can I downgrade anytime?
Yes. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your member access continues uninterrupted.
Do I need my own Stripe account?
Yes. FrontRows connects to your existing Stripe account via Stripe Connect. You keep full control of your payments and customer relationships.
