FrontRows

Automate Kit Subscriber Management from Stripe

FrontRows adds subscribers to Kit, applies the correct tags, and removes them when subscriptions end — all triggered automatically by Stripe events.

How to set it up

  1. 1

    Connect your Stripe account

Authorise FrontRows via Stripe Connect. Your Stripe products, prices, and customer relationships are untouched.

  2. 2

    Connect your Kit account

Enter your Kit API key in FrontRows. FrontRows uses the Kit API to manage subscribers — no additional setup is needed in Kit.

  3. 3

Map your Stripe products to Kit tags

For each Stripe product, choose which Kit tags should be applied when a member subscribes. You can apply multiple tags per product.

  4. 4

    Share your join link

Direct your audience to the FrontRows join link for each product. Members pay and are added to Kit automatically.

  5. 5

    Kit stays in sync automatically

New subscribers are added and tagged immediately. When they cancel, the tags are removed. Your Kit automations and sequences fire as normal based on those tags.

What FrontRows manages

  • Adds subscribers to Kit when a subscription activates
  • Applies tags based on the Stripe product purchased
  • Supports multiple tags per subscription tier
  • Removes tags when a subscription is cancelled or payment fails

Frequently asked questions

Does this work with Kit forms, sequences, and automations?

Yes. FrontRows adds the subscriber and applies the configured tags. Any Kit automations that trigger on tag assignment — sequences, broadcasts, webhooks — fire as normal from there.

What happens to my existing Kit subscribers?

FrontRows only manages the subscribers it creates or updates through the integration. Existing Kit subscribers are not affected.

Can I apply multiple tags per subscription tier?

Yes. You can map as many Kit tags as you need to each Stripe product. All configured tags are applied simultaneously when a member subscribes.

What happens when a subscription is cancelled?

FrontRows removes the tags associated with the cancelled subscription. The subscriber record remains in Kit — only the tags FrontRows applied are removed.

Which Kit API version does FrontRows use?

FrontRows uses the Kit API v4. No special plan is required beyond having API access enabled on your Kit account.
