How to set it up

Connect your Stripe account
Authorise FrontRows to receive webhook events from your Stripe account via Stripe Connect. You keep full control of your payments and customer data.

Add the FrontRows bot to your Discord server
Invite the FrontRows bot to your server and grant it the role management permission. The bot cannot read messages or access any other server data.

Map your Stripe products to Discord roles
In FrontRows, open the Discord integration and map each Stripe product to one or more roles in your server. A member can receive multiple roles from a single subscription.

Share your join link
FrontRows generates a join link for each product. Share it with your audience — on social media, in your newsletter, or on your website.

Access is automatic from here
Members subscribe → the mapped roles are granted immediately. Members cancel or fail a payment → the roles are revoked immediately. No action needed from you.

Frequently asked questions
Which Discord permissions does FrontRows require?
FrontRows only needs the Manage Roles permission on its bot. It cannot read messages, access channels, or view any server content.
Can I assign multiple Discord roles to one subscription tier?
Yes. You can map as many roles as you need to each Stripe product. All mapped roles are granted simultaneously when a member subscribes.
What happens if a member's payment fails?
FrontRows listens for Stripe's invoice payment failed event and revokes all mapped roles immediately. If the member updates their payment method and their subscription reactivates, the roles are restored automatically.
Can a member hold roles from multiple tiers at once?
Yes. If a member holds multiple active subscriptions, they receive the roles mapped to each one.
Do I need a Discord bot token?
No. FrontRows uses its own managed bot. You simply add it to your server — there is no token to generate or store.
